Air/Flow: an afternoon workshop

A preliminary workshop to discuss aspects and topics related to the new IASH research theme “Atmospheres and Atmospherics”. The workshop will consist of three papers, followed by discussion:
Paul Carter (Deakin University, Melbourne):
“‘Maelstrom’ and the Informe of Information”
Fabienne Collignon (Postdoctoral Fellow, IASH):
“Dreams of Plastic, Dreams of Flow”
Mark Dorrian (Newcastle University):
“Weather Control: Utopia, Science Fiction, War and Air-Conditioning”
The event is free but space is limited so registration is essential.
