A panel discussion, involving one of our external partners Cape Farewell, called ‘Mediating Change’ took place at the Eden Project in October last year and included Eden founder Tim Smit, comedian Marcus Brigstocke, and Cape Farewell’s Vicky Long on the panel. The discussion, chaired by the BBC’s ‘Material World’ presenter Quentin Cooper, was recorded in the Mediterranean Biome at Eden and is part of a series representing the first sustained exploration of culture and climate change in a publicly-available broadcast-quality format. The full ‘Mediating Change’ series is now available to download for free from ‘iTunesU menu’ at the iTunes store. Visit the Open University section of iTunesU and you’ll find it listed under the ‘Science’ category. The Mediating Change research project will continue in 2011.
